Argentina is one of the largest wine producers in Latin America and Mendoza is one of the main wine producing provinces in Argentina. Mendoza’s water supply system faces many climate challenges related to frequent and consecutive droughts.
This article provides a literature review of the economic and climate challenges related to wine production in Mendoza.
